Delivery?

Shipping Destinations: We ship both locally and worldwide.


Delivery Times: Local orders take 3 to 5 business days to be delivered, and we ship within 3 business days.


Delivery times may vary depending on the location, shipping method, and other factors.


Shipping Costs: Orders over $500 will be delivered free of charge. Orders under $500 will be charged for shipping based on the chosen delivery method and country.


The total price will be displayed at the time of the order.

Payments?

You can choose your preferred payment method during the checkout.


We accept secure payments for both local and international customers via credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.


We also accept offline payments by check and direct bank deposit from Canada and the United States.


You can also pay in cash if you pick up your order directly from our establishment.


Please note that additional exchange fees may apply.

Returns and Refunds?

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy: If a product is damaged or was defective upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund.


Timeframe: We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, starting from the day the item was received. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


For returns, please email info@kabair.ca with the subject "Returns" and include your order number, your name, and the reason for the return. The seller will provide the customer with instructions for sending the returned goods. It is strongly recommended for customers to obtain proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost parcel" situations.


Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, informing them of the refund status. If the refund is approved, it will then be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
